DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE WITH ORAIMO

I recently purchased 2 Smart Flossers and 1 Smart Mouse from Oraimo, but my excitement was short-lived. Despite paying for two Flossers, only one was delivered - and it was faulty! To make matters worse, I've sent multiple emails to their customer support team, but haven't received a single response. As a customer, it's unacceptable to be ignored and left without resolution. I'm extremely disappointed in Oraimo's service and would caution others to think twice before making a purchase. Until they improve their customer support and quality control, I would not recommend this brand. *Pros:* None *Cons:* - Missing item (1 Smart Flosser) - Defective product (1 Smart Flosser) - Poor customer support (no response to multiple emails)

Great product

Im a researcher and graphic designer who crunches a lot of data and illustrations for academic papers. For this reason, i find it comfortable working with a cordless mouse linked to my laptop. I have tried various types and had several problems from insensitivity, durability, non ergonomic design giving me pain in my hand and fingers. But this Oraimo mouse is different. The design is ergonomic, feels good in my palms, my thumb wraps around it nicely and effortlessly plus its very sensitive with the adjustable dpi. Thank you oraimo for this one and i've never regretted purchaisng it.

Superb

Guys, this is the best mouse you kind find out there at this price. Every other mouse I have used felt so uncomfortable in my hand. But this one right here, I love it. Smooth tracking , ergonomic design and perfect size. Click sound is a bit loud though. If there could be a silent click version, that’d be perfect!
