Compact and Effective!

I recently got the MistGo Portable Aroma Diffuser, and it has exceeded my expectations! The design is sleek and perfect for my car and office. It disperses mist evenly, making the air feel fresh with my favorite essential oils. The battery life is decent, and it’s easy to refill. My only suggestion would be a slightly larger reservoir for longer use. Overall, a great buy for the price!

Not bad

I just got the oraimo Mistgo Aroma Diffuser, and I'm absolutely loving it! The design is sleek and modern, which fits perfectly with my home decor. It's compact but still packs a punch in terms of functionality. Setting it up was super easy. I just added some water and a few drops of my favorite essential oil, and it started diffusing almost immediately. The mist it produces is fine and consistent, filling the room with a lovely aroma that really helps create a relaxing atmosphere. I also appreciate the different settings it offers. I can choose between continuous mist or intermittent mist, depending on my mood. Plus, the LED lights are a nice touch, allowing me to choose a color that suits the vibe of my space. What I really love is how quiet it is while operating. I can use it while I'm working or even when I'm trying to sleep without any disturbance.

Unable to turn the product on?

Low battery. Recharge it.

Unable to recharge the product?

a.Check whether the power cord plug is pluged in properly or not.
b.The USB port or plug is not powered due to impurities or dirt. Use a cotton swab dipped in a small amount of alcohol to clean and remove impurities or dirt from the USB port.

No fog?

a.Water shortage in the water tank. Refill the water tank.
b.Too much water in the tank. Pour out the extra water.
c.Low atomization performance caused by oil dirt that attaches on the surface of the atomizing sheets. Clean the atomizer with a cotton swab dipped in a small amount of alcohol. It is recommended to clean it once every 3-5 days. If the frequency of use is low, clean it once a week.
d.Malfunction caused by too much essential oil or using overly viscous essential oil.

Leakage during use?

a.Leakage caused by the aged silicone sealing ring. Replace it with a new one.
b.The lid of this product is not properly closed and locked with the body. Lock clockwise after closing the lid.
c.Too much water in the water tank. Pour the extra water and make sure the water level is under the MAX line.
