There is something wrong with my product! What Can I Do?

 

What to do in 2 steps:

Step 1
Try to troubleshoot the item by checking the manual we provide in the package. Often we can solve the problem for you without you needing to send anything back. In many cases, the product seems to have a problem, but it can be solved by restarting, installing properly, or fixing an accessory.
 
Step 2
Once you have confirmed the product is faulty after steps 1 , Please contact oraimo customer support care.gh@oraimo.com. We will provide the professional suggestions and lead you to our after-sale service brand Calcare for replacement.

If you encounter any quality issues with your oraimo product during the warranty period, contact the nearest Carlcare service center (https://www.carlcare.com/global/service-center) for professional repair or replacement services.

Handing Time: 1-3 Working Days.
 
When will I receive my order?
Delivery time :
Accra 1-3 working days. Outside Accra: 3-7 business days.

Delivery services are door-to-door, no PO Boxes please.

How much is the shipping fee?
FREE shipping for all orders above ¢90 .
If the order price is less than ¢90, there will be an additional shipping fee
Who will ship my order?
We will choose the carrier that we think works best for our customers. Most of our orders will be processed by the courier guy.

Before the order is dispatched:
