quality product

Got what I ordered exactly. I'm not disappointed. yet to fully try it out but I believe it won't fail. only downside is that, a tripod stand should I have been included. some of us don't like buying things separately like that.

Great product moves with body nice grip on the floor and doe it sometimes doesn't track the motion properly I still love this monster of Oraimo.easy to operate as well. Cool to handle makes u feel like a boss when using it in schools and and at weddings and also for at occasions. U need not to be moving your hands the only problem for me is the inability to extend the it much and also the charging charging thing. Remote needs to be charged, light to be charged and the main man also need to be charged as well. But all same it's a great product that I recomend for all.

OAT-201A - Why isn't the fill light on my oraimo gimbal working?

The fill light on your gimbal requires charging before first use. Please charge the fill light through the Type-C port located next to the light before attempting to use it.

Does it include a tripod in the package?

No, this product does not include a tripod.

Not working?

a.Turn the switch to 'ON' mode.
b.When 'a' fail to solve the problem, recharge it using a adapter that supports 5V for 10-15mins.

Automatically shutting down?

Low battery. Recharge it using a adapter that supports 5V for 10-15mins.

Red light is still on after 3 hrs charging?

It might be in a automatic recharge process. Normally, the red light would be off after 3 mins.

The gesture function is unavailable?

a.The gesture mode is on with a blue light. Press the gesture button again. You can see a green light now, which means its functioning.
b.The dance mode is on. Turn it off by making a 'like' gesture to the camera. Then you can see a green light staying on after it flashes twice.
