FAQs

Why are ice cubes or hardcore forbidden?

Hard objects, like ice cubes, may damage the juicing components.

Other push rods allowed?

No, except for the provided push rod, using any other rods may risk damaging the components.

Ingredients can not be juced?

Cut the fiber ingredients into 5-10 cm pieces or 3x3 cubes.

Why the machine smoking or burnt out?

Excessive juicing may cause the motor overheated and damaged. Make sure each juicing time within 20 minutes.

Sudden stop for a running machine?

1. Blockage casued by too many food ingredients at once.
If so, press the switch to "R" mode to reverse and exit the excess ingredients.
If this action has been repeated three times in a row and the problem still exits, please follow the "cleaning" steps to clean the machine before use.
2. Blockage casued by unfinely cut food ingredients, like carrots.
If so, cut them into slender strips before juicing them.

Why is juice leaking or less than expected?

The rubber sealing ring at the bottom of the juice extraction container may not be installed properly. Please refer to the steps in "Assembly Method" and reinstall it.
