I like this type of air fryer, it's big so you can air fryer larger food at a time. it has a space for water to moisturise your food if you need it. it also has a bottom and upper heater so you don't necessarily need to turn the food when cooking, i love the touch panel on top of it. it has a racket to cover the fan from splashes of oil on the fan when cooking with oil or baking.
